| 1. | a car has to be rented for at least 3 days. |
| 2. | During the high season (23.December - 02.January) the rates shown are higher. |
| 3. | after making your reservation via internet we will send you a confirmation with a request to make a downpayment of 10% of the total amount to secure your reservation (either on a bank account in Germany or in Brazil). The rest of the payment is due when picking up the car. (credit card or cash) |
| 4.. | Due to the different leagal positions in Brazil the rent only includes a partially comprehensive insurance. In case of a total lost of the car due to fire, robbery or accident, the customer is responsible with BRL 1.200,-. Therefore a deposit has to be made at the time when picking up the car. |
| 5. | The car will be handed over to the customer in good driving conditions with a full tank of gasoline and has to be returned in Salvador da Bahia in the same conditions as received. |
| 6. | the customer has full responsibility for all police-tickets which might be received during the time of the rent. |
| 7. | we charge a fee of BRL 40,00 for pick up or return of the car at the airport. |
